Our little angel is getting to be a big girl! She now sits at the table in a booster seat, and only in her high chair for breakfast. She loves to feed herself, especially if its pudding or yogurt. Otherwise, she's pretty picky. And she knows where we keep cookies and candy, and throws a daily tantrum in front of that cabinet. But her little chatter makes our lives complete! She is learning so many words. The other day we hosted a garage sale, and she said her first phrase - "hi baby" - to our neighbors newborn. Cute! She also says no pretty proficiently. For memorial day weekend, we are taking a road trip with our friends, the Shepherds. An 8 hour drive with two girls under age two will be fun. We're excited to meet up with our friends, the Lisenbys. Both those families have cabins in Colorado. I am SO excited to hang out!!! In other family news, our kitchen progress continues. check this out!
doesn't Brian have skillz???? He got the bone-colored tile and mixed it with pieces he cut from bricks out of our back yard! I love it.
