We took Gracen to the sonogram so she could see the baby and hopefully get used to the idea that our family is getting bigger. She LOVED looking at baby sister! But we had to convince her it wasn't a brother. When we told Gracen to look at the feet, she said "he's got shoes!" we watched as the little gal took several swallows of amniotic fluid, shook her head back and forth, and rubbed her head, it was SO cute. She weighs about 1/2 a pound now! PS--we're taking suggestions for girl names :o)

Valentine's Day 07

I asked Gracen if she was my Valentine...she said "no, it's Gracen!" I love the 2-year-old personality. (well, usually.) We made some cookies for Daddy, and she got to wear her fancy Williams-Sonoma apron from aunt Kari and uncle Garrett!

Gracen got lots of fun stuff in the mail...her favorite was all the candy from aunt Erika and uncle John!

"do art"

Gracen and I spent yesterday afternoon making Valentines for her Friday Friends (moms day out playmates.) Can you tell she loves to make stuff? especially if it involves a glue stick! She was too sick to go to the party today, so she'll have to get her cards from everyone next week.



I was so excited to find my darlingshoes.com purchase on my door step today! They are SO cute, but they look huge. We'll have to try them on when she wakes up from her nap :) Have a good weekend!
